    Crockpot Cabbage Soup

One of my favorite parts about the cooler months is that they give me an excuse to eat soup more often.  They also give me an excuse to cook soup more often. Garlic & Herb Burgers

I think I told you several posts back about how I’ve always MUCH preferred a chicken sandwich to a burger.  I also told you that recently I’ve been starting to crave burgers and beef.  (Am I low in iron or something?  Maybe I need to check Web MD after this… Kidding.)

    Sriracha Meatball Rice Bowl

I really like chicken.  As a matter of fact, if I’m going to cook with meat, chicken is usually my go-to.  If I’m eating out, I’ll nearly always opt for a chicken sandwich rather than a burger.  But you know what?

  • This bold and flavorful curry recipe is full of vegetables and comes together in about 30 minutes, making it a great choice for a weeknight dinner.

    Red Curry with Veggies

Red curry was the very first Thai dish I ever tried, and I’ve never really been able to get enough of it.  I decided years ago that it was something I absolutely had to learn how to make at home, but it ended up taking a lot of trial and error.
